10 GCA § 72105.2: Rules and Regulations.

The Guam Fire Department shall promulgate rules and regulations for the effective administration and operation of the Advanced Life Support Program. The rules and regulations shall mandate requirements for the operations of the Advanced Life Support Program, to include the education/training certification requirements for assigned personnel to provide program services. Said proposed rules and regulations shall be transmitted to I Liheslaturan Guåhan no later than one hundred twenty (120) days after the enactment of this Act.
