10 GCA § 77120: Headquarters and Police Stations.

With the approval of I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi, the Chief of Police may establish headquarters and police stations at such places as permitted by law and as may be advisable for the protection of the people. With the approval of I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi, the Chief of Police may use government lands and buildings for the accommodation of police officers and their vehicles and equipment.
