10 GCA § 77130: Reporting of Crime Statistics.

The Chief of Police shall report to I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi and I Liheslaturan Guåhan statistics concerning crimes in Guam:

(a) as directed by I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi for purposes of the National Incident Based Reporting System;

(b) as otherwise directed by I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi concerning general categories of criminal activities, but not individual criminal records; or

(c) as requested by the Legislative Chairperson with oversight jurisdiction.
