10 GCA § 78103.1: Administrative Support for the Commission.

The Guam Police Department, through the Chief of Police, is hereby designated to provide the necessary administrative and clerical support, to include a meeting place, to the Commission, and shall ensure that the administrative provisions contained in this Chapter are properly adhered to.

The Chairperson of the Commission, in cooperation with the Chief of Police, may request for budgetary support from I Liheslaturan Guåhan in the Guam Police Department’s annual budget submission, which shall be so identified.
