10 GCA § 82A1201: Discharge Prior to the Expiration of Assisted Treatment Period.

(a) A patient in assisted outpatient treatment may be discharged on the signature of both the treating medical professional and the medical director of the facility.

(b) A patient under an assisted treatment order who is on outpatient status may be discharged on the signature of the treating medical professional and the director of the outpatient program.
