10 GCA § 91A111: Penalties for Ambulatory Healthcare Facilities.

(a) An ambulatory healthcare facility licensed pursuant to Chapter 15, Title 18 of the Guam Code Annotated in which the partial-birth abortion is performed in shall be in violation of this Act and shall be subject to immediate revocation of its license(s) by the Guam Board of Medical Examiners, pursuant to Part 1, Article 2, §12209, Chapter 12, Title 10 of the Guam Code Annotated.

(b) An ambulatory healthcare facility license pursuant to Chapter 15, Title 18 of the Guam Code Annotated in which the partial-birth abortion is performed in, shall be in violation of this Act and shall lose all local funding for two (2) years and will be required to reimburse the government for funds from the calendar/fiscal year in which the partial-birth abortion was performed.
