11 GCA § 100106: Separability.

If any provision, clause or phrase of this Title or the applicable thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the Title which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end provisions of this Title are declared to be separable.
