11 GCA § 109123: Civil Penalty for Violation.

Any person who violates any provision of the foregoing sections of this Article shall be liable to the people of the territory of Guam in a civil action brought by the Commissioner for a civil penalty in the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) a day or part thereof during which such violation continues.
