11 GCA § 2200: Definitions.

As used in this Chapter:

(1) Public Weighmaster means a natural person licensed under the provisions of this Chapter;

(2) Vehicle means any device in, upon or by which any property, produce, commodity or article is or may be transported or drawn; and

(3) Director means the Director of the Department of Revenue and Taxation or his delegate.
