11 GCA § 72105: Application: Content.

Each application must contain evidence of compliance with all the conditions and prerequisites required by law, rule and regulation. Failure to show compliance with any one or more of the required prerequisites is sufficient grounds on which to deny the issuance of the license or on which to base an order revoking a license.
