ARTICLE 1: GUAM EDUCATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION

All functions and powers of the Corporation shall be vested in and be exercised by and under the direction of the Board of Trustees, which shall be composed of seven (7) members as specified § 3105, above. The Governor shall appoint one (1) member to be chairman.
