12 GCA § 3116: Use and Design of the Facility.

The facility, under the Station Manager, shall be responsible for carrying out the purposes of the Corporation as provided by law and as directed by the Board of Trustees. The Station Manager shall establish such divisions as he deems necessary for the proper operation of the facility, including but not limited to Administration, Programming, Production and Engineering. Each division shall undertake the tasks and functions assigned to it by the Station Manager.
