12 GCA § 50114: Division to Be Liberally Construed.

ARTICLE 1: GEDCA ADMINISTRATION

This Division shall be construed liberally so far as may be necessary for the purpose of effecting its general intent. The declaration of invalidity or nullity of any provision of this Division by competent court shall not effect the force and validity of the remaining provisions.
