ARTICLE 5: ÅKTON MANHIHITA YAN MANAFA’MAMAOLEK GUAM INTRAREGIONAL COMMERCE COMMISSION ACT

The Guam Economic Development Authority shall support the administrative needs of the Commission. The Commission is hereby authorized to use, and the Authority is hereby directed to make available, personnel and logistical assistance as the Commission may require in carrying out its functions.
