12 GCA § 74111: Land Claimants List.

Any appraiser who is owed money by land claimants shall file a list of such land claimants and the amount of the debt with the Authority. Such statements shall be confidential except that the Authority may inform a land claimant who makes application under this Chapter of the amount claimed from such applicant by the Appraiser.
