12 GCA § 82102: Definitions.

Where this section sits in the code

As used in this Chapter, the following words and phrases are

defined to mean:

(a) Authority means the Guam Streetlight Authority.

(b) Board means the governing board of the Authority.

(c) Bond means bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness of the Authority, issued by the Authority pursuant to this Chapter
