12 GCA § 8310: Expenditure of Exxon Funds.

The Guam Energy Office and I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan shall submit a program plan to I Liheslatura for approval prior to spending any funds received from or pursuant to U.S. Public Law 97-377 Section 155, the Court Case of U.S. v. Exxon (TECA) Nos. 91-100 (Consolidated) and the case of In re Department of Energy Stripper Well Exemption Litigation (MDL No. 378). No money shall be spent by the Guam Energy Office, I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi, or of Guam from any of the above without prior concurrence by law.
