The Guam Power Authority shall undertake all interconnection requirements or outsourcing agreements, including, automatic generation control, subject to the Guam Power Authority’s interconnection policy, so as to provide for the maximum feasible ability to add renewable resources to the Island-wide Power System. Each customer-generator based installation shall be credited to GPA pursuant to 12 GCA § 8311.
