As used herein, unless otherwise indicated:
(a) Bureau means the Guam Visitors Bureau.
(b) Board means the Board of Directors of the Bureau.
(c) General Manager means the General Manager of the Bureau.
(d) Director means a member of the Board.
(e) Member means a member of the Bureau.
(f) Employees means employees of the Bureau.
