ARTICLE 2: TOURIST STAMP

The net proceeds from the sale of tourist stamps shall be funds of the Guam Visitors Bureau for use in the promotion of tourism. Said funds shall be considered part of the Government’s contribution to the Guam Visitors Bureau’s annual operating budget.
