ARTICLE 6: SALES OTHER THAN CONSUMER CREDIT SALES

Except for the rate of the credit service charge, the provisions of Article 2 of this Chapter apply to a sale for which credit service charge ceilings are set by § 2602 (certain sales to individuals).
