Business Collateral means real property used primarily for other than a personal, family, household or agricultural purpose, or accounts or contract rights other than earnings, business equipment, chattel paper, documents of title, instruments, inventory, business general intangibles or investment securities, other than investment certificates issued by the creditor. Business equipment does not include farm equipment.
