14 GCA § 3502: Authority to Make Regulated Loans.

No person shall engage in the business of making regulated loans or taking assignments of rights to payment arising out of regulated loans unless the person is a supervised financial organization or has first obtained a license from the Administrator authorizing him to make regu-lated loans. A person authorized to make or take assignments of regulated loans shall be known as an authorized lender.
