ARTICLE 6: LOANS OTHER THAN CONSUMER LOANS

With respect to a loan other than a consumer loan or a loan for which loan finance charge ceilings are set by § 3602 (certain loans to individuals), the parties may contract for the payment by the debtor of any loan finance charge agreed in writing.
