15 GCA § 2501: Definition of Personal Representative.

The term personal representative, as used in this Chapter, shall mean the executor, the administrator with the will annexed, or the adminis-trator, but shall not mean a special administrator unless the special administrator's powers are made general pursuant to the provisions of Section 1911 of this Title.
