ARTICLE 2: SETTING ASIDE ESTATES NOT EXCEEDING $112,500.00

Upon the filing of any petition provided for in this Article, the personal representative shall, within such time as the Superior Court shall allow, cause an inventory and appraisement of the decedent’s estate to be made and filed in the manner prescribed by law.
