15 GCA § 4702: Compliance With Request.

Such request shall give the post office address of the person making the same or of the attorney, and thereafter a brief notice of the filing of any such petition or account or of the commencement of any such proceeding, except petition for the sale of perishable property or other personal property which will depreciate in value if not disposed of promptly, or which will incur loss or expense by being kept, together with a copy of such petition, application, account or proceeding, shall be mailed to such relative or attorney, at his stated post office address or personally served upon him, within two (2) days after the filing of such petition, account or application or the commencement of such proceed-ing.
