16 GCA § 3103: Driver Education: Student Permits: Application.

(a) Any student over fifteen and one-half (15 ½) years of age who is enrolled in an approved Driver Education Program offered by a school of secondary level may apply for a student permit.

(b) The application shall be signed by the applicant and shall be accompanied by a statement signed by the parents, guardian, or persons having legal custody of the student consenting to his participation in the Driver Education Program.
