16 GCA § 3118.3: Annual Reporting Requirement.

The Department shall also submit an annual report to the Speaker of I Liheslaturan Guåhan and the Chairperson of the committee with oversight over transportation, detailing:

(a) the number of reciprocity agreements executed;

(b) the number of licenses issued under such agreements;

(c) countries involved; and

(d) any public safety incidents involving license holders issued under this authority.
