16 GCA § 3203: Safety Equipment on Bicycles Equipped with a Motor.

(a) Every bicycle equipped with a motor offered for sale or sold in Guam shall be in compliance with safety standards promulgated by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for motorized bicycles which fit the description of bicycle equipped with a motor as defined in § 1102(q) of Title 16, Chapter 1.

(b) Any person violating this Section is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
