16 GCA § 5120: Rules and Regulations.

The Department of Public Works shall promulgate rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Chapter within one hundred eighty (180) days after the enactment of this Act. All current fines and penalties will remain in effect until the rules and regulations promulgated by the Department of Public Works are adopted. Such rules and regulations shall be adopted in conformance with the Administrative Adjudication Law.
