17 GCA § 1107: Student Identification Cards Issued to Minors.

All student identification cards issued to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years of age, who are enrolled in any public education institution of the government of Guam, including the Department of Education, the University of Guam and the Guam Community College shall prominently display the month and year in which such person will turn eighteen (18) years of age.
