17 GCA § 16104: Board of Regents.

The government and control of the University of Guam are vested in a Board of Regents to be known as “the Board of Regents of the University of Guam” (Board). The Board shall be composed of nine (9) members, one (1) of whom shall be a student and at least one (1) of whom shall be an alumni of the University of Guam, appointed by I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi as provided herein, with the advice and consent of I Liheslatura.
