17 GCA § 16120: Health and Physical Education Complex: Legislative Appropriations.

The University of Guam is hereby guaranteed by the government of Guam an adequate subsidy appropriation from the General Fund for its annual operating costs, such guarantee to last the duration of any outstanding loan which might be negotiated by the Board with the Farmers” Home Administration, U.S. Department of Agriculture, for the construction of the Health and Physical Education Complex.
