17 GCA § 16127: Assent to Provisions of Hatch and McIntire-Stennis Acts; Administration by University of Guam.

The provisions of the Hatch Act of 1887, as amended, and the McIntire-Stennis Act, the Federal formula funds and the purposes of such funds, authorized by said Acts, and the laws and regulations supplementary thereto providing for an Agricultural Experiment Station in connection with a College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts, and by other Acts of Congress for similar purposes, are hereby assented to and accepted by I Liheslatura of Guam on behalf of the University of Guam. I Liheslatura further directs that the University of Guam shall administer and direct the Guam Agricultural Experiment Station which shall be established in consonance with said Acts.
