17 GCA § 16131: Mandate to Submit Study and Research Project Results, Reports, and Project Notes for Inclusion in Library Archive.

As a condition of participation with the Federal Government or any other entity in any research projects, the University of Guam shall, by contract, in the agreement with the other entity, provide that the results, reports, and project notes of all studies and research projects in which the University of Guam participates with the other entity shall be submitted to the University for inclusion in the appropriate library archive at the University for future reference.
