17 GCA § 16A102: Financial Impact.

As each of the joint meetings provided for by § 16150 of this Chapter, those assembled shall discuss as agenda items the following:

(a) the financial concerns of the three (3) institutions as they interrelate.

(b) the possibility of consolidating programs to achieve greater economy;

(c) an assessment of the needs relating to existing programs in terms of the manpower needs of the Territory;

(d) policies concerning proper utilization of resources by the three (3) institutions;

(e) review and assessment of academic, administrative and other programs periodically; when appropriate discontinuation of those programs that are no longer relevant and encouragement of the development of new programs that serve current needs; and

(f) other items the board may desire to discuss.
