17 GCA § 18104: Educator Corps Administrator: Duties and Responsibilities.

The duties and responsibilities of the Educator Corps Administrator shall include:

(a) serve as the chief officer of the Educator Corps;

(b) administer the day-to-day operations of the Educator Corps;

(c) screen applications and make recommendations to the School of Education for scholarship awards to Educator Corps candidates;

(d) monitor the repayment of scholarships through appropriate employment service;

(e) collect payments from scholarship recipients who have not met the employment service requirements herein;

(f) review and make recommendations to the School of Education on requests for deferment of repayment through appropriate employment service of scholarship funds; and

(g) perform any duties assigned by the School of Education or necessary for the effective and efficient operation of the Educator Corps.
