17 GCA § 18202.3: Teacher Corps Scholarships for Non-education Majors.

The Educator Corps Council may award Teacher Corps Scholarships to individuals majoring in a course of study other than education; provided, that such course of study meets the requirements for concentration and certification in a subject related to secondary education and that such individuals, in addition to courses required for their major, complete the minimum courses required for teacher certification in secondary education. The stipend amounts and repayment terms shall be the same as education majors under the provision of this Article.
