ARTICLE 2: THE GUAM TEACHER CORP

The laws and rules, in effect immediately prior to the date of enactment of this Article, governing those scholarship recipients enrolled in the scholarship program or are under repayment as of such date, shall apply notwithstanding the provisions of this Chapter.
