ARTICLE 7: SUNSET PROVISION

No new scholarships shall be awarded under the provisions of this Chapter after the Academic Year 2009-2010. Thereafter, Yamashita Teacher Corps Scholarships shall be awarded pursuant to the provisions under Article 13 of Chapter 15 of Title 17 of the Guam Code Annotated.
