17 GCA § 28101: Definitions.

- ARTICLE 1: ADMINISTRATION
The following terms whenever used in this Chapter shall have the following meanings, except when the context otherwise requires:
(a) Awards shall mean awards for grants and loans provided by this Chapter.
(b) Board shall mean the Board of Regents of the University of Guam.
(c) Fund shall mean the Student Financial Assistance Fund.
