ARTICLE 4: ACCESS TO HIGHER EDUCATION FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Board shall promulgate rules and regulations prior to the granting of any award under this Chapter. Notwithstanding 5 GCA § 9303 (c), said rules and regulations shall be effective upon filing with the Legislative Secretary in accordance with 5 GCA § 9303 (a) and (b).
