ARTICLE 8: EVERY CHILD IS ENTITLED TO A HIGHER EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

There is hereby created the Every Child is Entitled to a Higher Education Scholarship Program. Awards granted under this Article shall be granted for Academic Year 2012-2013, and thereafter.
