17 GCA § 33101: Submission of Budget.

Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the Board shall submit its annual operating budget and such capital improvement budgets as it finds necessary directly to I Liheslaturan Guåhan no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of February of every year.
