17 GCA § 43108: Construction.

Chapter 43: Elementary, Secondary and Special Education Tuition Assistance Fund Act

This Chapter shall be liberally construed to accomplish its purpose so that taxpayers of Guam who are providing tuition payments to obtain elementary, secondary and special education for their dependents shall benefit hereunder.
