17 GCA § 47104.3: Members of AMTE Council.

The AMTE Council shall be composed of the following:

(1) The Administrator of the Guam Memorial Hospital;

(2) The Director of Public Health and Social Services;

(3) The Chairman of the Board of Medical Examiners;

(4) The President of the Guam Medical Society;

(5) The President of the University;

(6) The Director of Mental Health and Substance Abuse; and

(7) The Director of the Guam Health Planning and Development

Agency.
