17 GCA § 5107: Same: Suspension and Revocation of Certificate.

Certificates granted by the Superintendent of Education may be revoked or suspended for immoral or unprofessional conduct, evident unfitness for teaching, persistent defiance of, and refusal to obey the laws and regulations which prescribe the duties of persons serving in the public school system.
