17 GCA § 51103.10: Temporary Vacancy of the Executive Director.

If a temporary vacancy occurs in the position of Executive Director for any reason, the Commission shall select from among its voting members a designated representative who shall become the Acting Executive Director until such time the Commission appoints a new Executive Director.
