ARTICLE 1: PUPILS GENERALLY

There is hereby established a Summer School Fund for the deposit of fees collected from students enrolled in the Summer School Program, and into which shall be deposited such fees to be subsequently appropriated by I Liheslaturan Guåhan for the operation of the Summer School Program.
